The above three posts make reference to the Miller Welding Handbook and have links that unfortunately no longer work. I visited the Miller website this weekend and found two training books that I think are good training material, and one is a newer versions of the TIG Handbook except it is now titled "Guidelines For Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW)". There are different tungstens to be used with an Inverter, and those are covered in little depth. All-in-all, a good book to have around. Wish the authors had not confused the issue with obscure nomenclature.
